Who we are

S Cubed Technology is a software and AI consultancy operating from Canada and Bangladesh. For anything in this policy, or any question about your information, reach us at contact@scubed.co.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, you enter the details you choose: your name, email address, company, project timeline, and message. We validate that input and pass it straight to Cal.com to prefill your booking. We do not store it on our servers, and we do not email it to ourselves.

Scheduling, and any details you confirm when you book, are handled by Cal.com under its own privacy policy, not ours.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not include any in your message.

Why we collect it

We use the information you send for two purposes only:

• To respond to your inquiry and continue the conversation you started.
• To schedule and hold the call you requested.

We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not add you to marketing lists without you asking.

Analytics

We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is cookieless and does not track you across sites or build a profile of you. It gives us aggregate counts such as page views and referrers, with no personal identifiers. We also keep the details you type in the form out of the page addresses we record, so nothing you enter appears in analytics.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. The only third parties involved are the service providers named above (Cal.com for scheduling, Cloudflare for hosting and analytics), and only to the extent needed to run this site and book your call.

How long we keep it

Because we do not store your form submission, there is nothing on our side to retain from it. Any booking you make is held by Cal.com for as long as its policy provides, and any email you later send us is kept as ordinary business correspondence. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Send your request to contact@scubed.co and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Security

We rely on reputable providers that encrypt data in transit and apply their own safeguards. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending confidential details through the contact form.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practice or tools change. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Questions are always welcome at contact@scubed.co.
